We offer your choice of a percentage fee plan or a flat rate fee plan.
Our percentage fee structure is as follows per pay period. If you make under $500 your management fee is 10% and Arise fee of $19.75. Between $501 and $750 management fee of 8% and Arise fee of $9.75. If you make $751 or more your management fee is 5% and there is no Arise fee. Or you may choose a flat rate all inclusive fee of $45 per pay period. *Please note you keep 100% of all certification bonuses therefore they do not count as earnings toward the reduction of fees.
We also offer a no contract arrangement, you are free to incorporate yourself at any time. We will even help you through the process.
